Trading objectives
Every rule, explained in plain English
Funded Apex publishes the full objective set before you pay a cent, what each number means, how it is measured, and exactly what it looks like on a real account.

Profit target
Two evaluation phases with a lower target in the second, so you never have to repeat the same big run twice. Phase 2 has no extra risk penalty.
Target $108,000 on a $100,000 account
How it's measured: Measured on closed profit only, floating winners don't count until you take them.
On a $100,000 account: $8,000 in phase 1, then $5,000 in phase 2.
Max daily loss
The most your account may fall inside a single trading day. It protects you from one bad session undoing weeks of work, and it resets clean every day at the same time.
Daily floor $95,000 · resets 00:00 UTC
How it's measured: Measured on equity from your balance at 00:00 UTC, open floating losses count in real time.
On a $100,000 account your equity may not touch $95,000 at any point that day.
Max overall drawdown
A static floor set once from your starting balance. It never trails your profits, so every dollar you earn becomes an extra dollar of breathing room for the life of the account.
Static floor $90,000, never trails
How it's measured: Measured on equity, calculated once at account creation. Never moves up.
On a $100,000 account the hard floor stays at $90,000 forever.
Minimum trading days
Three qualifying days in each phase. Any day with at least one closed position counts, and there is no maximum.
How it's measured: Counted per calendar day in UTC, on closed positions of any size.
Hit your target on day one? Just place trades on two more days to qualify.
Time limit
Your evaluation never expires while the account stays inside the risk rules. Trade the setups your strategy actually gives you instead of forcing trades against a countdown.
How it's measured: No expiry, no inactivity closure, no minimum monthly volume.
Take a week off. Your progress and your target stay exactly where you left them.
Profit split & payouts
Your first payout lands 14 days after your funded account is issued, then on demand every 14 days. The split scales up with account size, nothing to negotiate.
How it's measured: Paid on realised profit above your starting balance, processed within 24 hours.
80% on $10K-$25K · 85% on $50K-$100K · 90% on $150K-$200K.

Not an objective
Rules we deliberately don't have
Most failed challenges come from small print, not from bad trading. Here is what you will never be measured on.
News trading allowed
Hold through NFP, CPI and central-bank releases. No blackout windows.
Your edge stays intact on the days that actually move.
EAs & algorithms allowed
Expert advisors, bots and copy trading between your own accounts are permitted.
Systematic traders are treated exactly like discretionary ones.
Weekend holding allowed
Positions can stay open over the weekend and across swaps.
Swing strategies don't get forced flat on a Friday.
No consistency rule
One big winning day will never disqualify a payout. No lot-size cap either.
You keep what you earn, even when it comes from one clean setup.
